Kept Shiny operates keptshiny.com. This policy explains what data we handle and what rights you have over it.
The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing to anyone, and there is no account to create.
Data you give us
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you, and keep it only as long as the exchange requires.
Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type. They exist to keep the service running and secure, are short-lived, and are not used to build any profile of you.

Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for aggregate audience measurement and for keeping the site secure, and on consent where you contact us voluntarily or where a consent control is presented to you.

Your rights

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
